Do you stock Aura in stores?

At this stage Aura is only available online at aura.com.au If you would like to make a large quantity order you can contact one of our representatives at support@aura.com.au

What is considered a large quantity order?

Any orders over 20 items or more.

Does Aura accept returns?

We can not accept any returns due to health regulations, although if you feel that the product you have received is not satisfactory or you feel is not as advertised, then shoot us an email at support@aura.com.au and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

Can I cancel my order or change my address?

As we process all orders immediately through to our warehouse, we do not accept any cancellations or changes to orders placed. You are welcome to email us and request a cancellation/change to your order, and if possible we will assist you. Please take care to double check your details before you complete your order.

Is Aura available outside of Australia?

At this stage Aura is only available within Australia for non-large quantity orders. If you live in New Zealand, United Kingdom or India and wish to large quantity purchase, please contact one of our representatives at support@aura.com.au

My Aura order was damaged during delivery, help?

If your order was damaged during delivery, then shoot us an email at support@aura.com.au and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

How long do orders take to deliver?

Orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. All items are sent with an Australia Post tracking number for security.

Can I use Aura for other sports like hockey and baseball?

Our products are specifically designed to protect cricketers and have not been tested in any other sports.
